Casserine - Gotta Get To Know Me (Album) (1994)
Debut and only album by R&B singer Casserine Young (1973-2001), released on Warner Bros Records in 1994 the album produced one hit single “Why Not Take All of Me” (featuring Cato) along with the moderately successful "We Gotta Run". The album even impressed Patti LaBelle enough to invite Casserine to duet with her at an Apollo Theater performance. A year later Young would appear on the star studded all female remake to R&B singer Joi's 1994 single "Freedom" featured on the Panther motion picture soundtrack. Sadly Young would pass away in 2001 during the 9/11 attacks of the World Trade Center.
